Teoretická časť obsahuje význam vnútropodnikových smerníc, proces tvorby, náležitosti a členenie. Praktická časť je zameraná na charakteristiku firmy XY. V tejto časti sú tiež stručne charakterizované vybrané vnútropodnikové smernice. Na záver sú vypracované návrhy konkrétnych smerníc pre firmu XY.	cs
