dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků ve firmě Pramet Tools s.r.o. V rámci teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše se zaměřením na podstatu a proces podnikového vzdělávání. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného systému vzdělávání v podniku. Na základě porovnání skutečnosti s teoretickými východisky jsou odhaleny nedostatky a navržena opatření jejich odstranění.	cs
