dc.description.abstract	Témou bakalárskej práce je optimalizácia výrobného procesu prostredníctvom vybraných nástrojov priemyslového inžinierstva a identifikácie plytvania. V teoretickej časti je popísané priemyslové inžinierstvo, princípy plánovania a riadenia výroby a druhy plytvania. Podstatná časť praktickej časti práce sa zaoberá analýzou procesu kompletizácie výrobku Chassis 3,5t. Na základe analýz vykonaných v praktickej časti sú navrhnuté odporúčania na elimináciu plytvania vo výrobnom procese.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this bachelor's work is optimizing of production process through selected implements of industrial engineering and identification of waste. In my theoretical part, there is described industrial engineering, principles of planning and managing of production and types of wastes. An essential part of the practical part of my work deals with analysis of process of article Chassis 3,5t assembling. According to analysis made in the practical part, there are given recommendations to waste elimination in the production process.	en
