dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá plánovaním a zabezpečovaním kvality vo výrobnom procese pred zavedením dielov do sériovej výroby. V teoretickej časti popisuje podstatu metodiky PPAP, jej princípy a použitie. V praktickej časti je predstavená spoločnosť Sauer-Danfoss, popísaný projekt presunu výroby ozubených hriadeľov medzi lokalitami spoločnosti, ako aj samotný proces kvalifikácie ozubených hriadeľov do sériovej výroby podľa požiadaviek zákazníka. V závere je zhodnotená úspešnosť kvalifikácie a sú doporučené opatrenia pre zlepšenie kvality.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Graduation thesis deals with planning and execution of quality measures regarding products in pre-production stage. In theoretical part, it describes the background of PPAP methodology, its principles and usage. In practical part, there is an introduction of the company Sauer-Danfoss, description of transfer of gear shafts manufacturing between different locations of the company and details about the qualification process of these shafts into serial production according to customer requirements. In the end, there is an assessment of the success of the qualification and there are recommendations for further increase of quality.	en
