dc.description.abstract	Náplní bakalářské práce je zpracování analýzy rizik strategické obchodní zakázky. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat a doporučit opatření, která významně přispějí ke snížení rizika neplnění dodávek v termínu a kvalitě. Pozornost je věnována managementu kvality, řízení rizika a analýze FMEA. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace, čerpají z odborné literatury, metodou zpracování je literární rešerše. K analýze rizik v praktické části budou použity některé základní nástroje managementu jakosti, stupeň závažnosti jednotlivých rizik bude vyhodnocen pomocí metody FMEA. Byl zvolen standardní normativní přístup k řešení problému - podrobně analyzovat stav a poskytnout teoretický návrh řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the risks which associated to the business contract order. The main aim is to identify and recommend changes that lead to the elimination of the risks affected to the quality and the terms of the delivery of the goods. The thesis is focused on the following key areas: Quality Management, Risks Management and the FMEA analysis. The theoretical part includes the base data drawing from the spe-cial publications, data processing method is the literature searches. For analyzing of the risks in practical part some basic tools of the quality management are used, the rate of the each failure is ranked in FMEA worksheet. For solving of the problem the standard normative method is used. - detaily analyze the situation at first and theoretical outcome of decision thereafter.	en
