dc.description.abstract	Témou bakalárskej práce ,,Analýza zásobovacej logistiky podniku,, ktorá sa zaoberá opti-malizáciou skladových zásob a znížením nákladov. V teoretickej časti je oboznámené čo to je zásobovacia logistika, zásoby, rozdelenie zásob, riadenie zásob a používané analýzy a metódy v tejto oblasti. V praktickej časti je analýza zásobovacej logistiky maloobchodnej predajne. Obsahuje pre-počty optimálních veľkostí dodávok, výber vhodného dodávateľa a analýzu ABC. Pomo-cou týchto metód je vyhotovený návrh na zlepšenie zásobovacej logistiky v podniku.	cs

In the practical part is cleared-up what means supply logistics, supplies, assortment of the supplies, supplies ma-nagement and analysis and methods used in this field. In the practical part is analysis of supply logistics of the retail store. It includes calculations of the optimal quantity of the supplies, selection of the right supplier and ABC analysis. By help of these methods is do-ne a project for improving of the supply management in the company.	en
