dc.description.abstract	Svou bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřil na možnosti založení malého podniku, který se bude orientovat na sporotvní činnost. Cílem práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu fitness centra v Otrokovicích. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na podmínky založení malé firmy a koncepci podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsem vypracoval podnikatelský plán, který odhalí fungování konkrétního podniku s určitým zaměřením, příležitosti a hrozby podnikání v dané lokalitě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I have focused on option of founding a small business that would concentrate on the sports activity. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for a fitness centre in Otrokovice. The theoretical part deals with the conditions for founding a small business and on the concept of the business plan. In the practical part of the thesis I have created a business plan that reveals the operation of a particular business with a specific focus, and the opportunities and challenges of conducting a business in the given location.	en
