Cílem práce je analýza účetnictví a daní organizační složky firmy XY, založené v Maďarsku, zhodnocení současného stavu vedení účetnictví a navržení opatření ke zlep-šení stavu ve společnosti. V teoretické části je analyzován maďarský zákon o účetnictví, daňový systém Maďarska a účetnictví organizační složky z pohledu zřizovatele. Praktická část se nejdříve věnuje konkrétním účetním případům, které vznikají v organizační složce. Následuje pohled na účetnictví organizační složky ze strany jejího zřizovatele. Další část práce se zabývá daněmi organizační složky, konkrétně DPH, místní daní a daní z příjmů právnických osob. Při zpracování této práce bylo zjištěno, že účetnictví organizační složky a jeho kontrola firmou XY jsou velmi zanedbávány. Proto bylo navrhnuto, aby byly upřes-něny povinnosti stávající zodpovědné osoby za účetnictví organizační složky, případně aby byl přijat nový pracovník, který převezme zodpovědnost za účetnictví organizační složky. |

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse accounting and taxes in the foreign branch office of the Company XY established in Hungary, to evaluate the actual status of accounting management and to propose measures leading to improvement of the situation in the company. In a theoretic part of the thesis, the Hungarian Act on accounting, Hungarian tax system and the accounting of a foreign branch office from the point of view of its founder is analysed. The further part is concerning taxes of the foreign branch office, particularly VAT, local tax and corporation income tax. During working on the thesis, it was found out, that accounting of the foreign branch office and its controlling of the Company XY were much neglected. From this reason, it was proposed, that duties of the person currently responsible for accounting of the foreign branch office were better specified, or that a new employer was hired, who would take over the responsibility for accounting of the foreign branch office. |
