Bakalářská práce na téma analýza procesu vstupní kontroly je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část blíže specifikuje management kvality, teoretické pojetí vstupní kontroly a základní nástroje kvality. Praktická část popisuje management kvality v konkrétní společnosti. Na základě provedených analýz je blíže specifikován proces vstupní kontroly a jsou doporučeny zlepšovací návrhy, které by mohly být prospěšné jak pro optimalizaci vstupní kontroly, tak i pro celou organizaci. |

Bachelor thesis on the topic of the analysis process of input control is divided into two parts. The theoretical part which closer specifies the quality management, the theoretical concept of input control and the basic tools of quality. The practical part describes the quality of management within the organization. The process of input control is further specified on the basis of the performed analysis and the improvement suggestions, which could be beneficial for both the optimization of input control, as well as for the whole organization which are recommended. |
