dc.description.abstract	Tato práce shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky potřebné k založení půjčovny stavebního nářadí v Opavě. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé právní formy podniku, včetně základních znalostí potřebných pro jejich založení a vznik. V druhé půlce teoretické části jsou poté definovány jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu, které obsahují základní analýzy, jako je SLEPT analýza či Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je analyzován trh a konkurence na trhu v Opavě. Dále je v praktické části konkretizována představu o právní formě budoucí půjčovny stavebního nářadí a s tím souvisejících povinností při jejím založení a fungování, a to včetně nastínění možného marketingového mixu a zakladatelského rozpočtu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge which is required for setting up construction tools and equipment rentals in Opava. The theoretical part deals with the different legal form of the business including the necessary information for their establishing. Next the individual parts of a business plan are defined in the second half of the theoretical part. The business plan includes the analyses such as SLEPT analysis or Porter's five forces model. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part in which the market and the state of competition in Opava are analysed. Also the idea of the legal form of the future con-struction tools and equipment rentals and the other duties connected with the establishment and operation of this company are specified there.	en
