dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování návrhu využití metody Activity Based Costing ve společnosti L D M , spol. s r. o. Teoretická část práce poskytuje teoretický podklad pro zpracování části praktické. Mezi základní okruhy v teoretické části zařadíme náklady a jejich klasifikace, kalkulační metody a zejména popis metody Activity Based Costing. První část praktické části práce se věnuje především analýze ekonomické situace společnosti. Dále je zde uvedena analýza nákladů a analýza současného kalkulačního systému. Druhá část je věnována již samotnému projektu, jehož cílem je návrh modelu Activity Based Costing ve společnosti LDM. V závěru práce je provedena verifikace celého projektu a jsou zde popsány doporučení pro společnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the preparation of a proposal utilization of method Activity Based Costing in the company L D M , Ltd. The theoretical part of thesis provides a theoretical base for practical part of thesis. Among the basic topics in the theoretical part will be include costs and their classification, calculation methods and especially the method Activity Based Costing. The first part of the practical part of the thesis analyzes the economic situation of the company. Furthermore there is an analysis of costs and analysis of the current calculation system. The second part is attended of a project whose aim is to propose a model of Activity Based Costing in the company LDM. In the conclusion of thesis is executed verification of the whole project and there are described recommendations for the company.	en
