dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zefektivnit současný systém managementu kvality ve společnosti XY, a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je věnována literárnímu zpracování dané problematiky s popisem metody FMEA. Praktická část navazuje na teoretické poznatky, je zde představena společnost, provedena analýza současného stavu systému managementu kvality. Dále se práce zaměřuje na eliminaci neshodných výrobků zjištěných během výstupní kontroly. Při řešení problému byla použita metoda FMEA procesu, která pomáhá snižovat vady a potažmo i náklady společnosti na neshodné výrobky a vede k celkovému zefektivnění systému řízení kvality.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Thesis aim is to make the system of quality management of the company XY, ltd. more effective. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with literary elaboration of the issue with the description of FMEA method. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge; the company is introduced here and the current state of quality management system is analyzed. Further the thesis focuses on elimination of non-conforming products identified during the final inspection. During the solving of the problem the FMEA method of the process had been used, which helped to reduce defects and hence also the company costs of non-conforming products and led to the overall efficiency of the quality management system.	en
