V bakalářské práci je navrženo vlastní řešení vnitropodnikových směrnic pro vedení účetnictví ve společnosti OPN, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné informace o vnitropodnikových směrnicích, jejich rozdělení, význam a tvorbu. Praktická část již přímo souvisí s danou společností. Úvodem je popsána historie a podnikatelská činnost společnosti. Dále jsou prozkoumány možné oblasti v řízení společnosti, kde by bylo možno aplikovat vnitropodnikové směrnice se zaměřením na význam a jejich budoucí využití. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou pro společnost OPN, s.r.o. vytvořeny příslušné vnitropodnikové směrnice. |

In bachelor thesis there is its own solution of internal accounting guidelines suggested for managing bookkeeping in the company OPN Ltd. This work is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on general information about internal accounting guidelines, their devision, importance and development. The practical part is directly linked with the company itself. History and the main business activites of the company are described at the beginning. The next part is about possible areas in the managment of the company, where could internal accounting guidelines be applied with the focus on its importance and its future use. On the bases of found information there are appropriate internal accounting guidelines developed for the company OPN Ltd. |
