Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení investičního záměru firmy XYZ, s.r.o., která se zabývá nákladní silniční dopravou. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se investic, investičního rozhodování, finanční analýzy a hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu. Dále je, pro představu o hospodaření firmy, provedena finanční ana-lýza. Jsou vypočítány poměrové ukazatele, které jsou porovnány s odvětvím. Následuje představení společnosti a jejího investičního záměru. V poslední části práce jsou provedeny metody hodnocení efektivnosti investice a je zvolen vhodný způsob financování. Závěrem je vyhodnoceno, zda je investice vhodná k přijetí. |

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the investment plan of the company XYZ Ltd., which is engaged in road freight transport. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of investments, investment decision making, financial analysis and evaluation of the effecti-veness of the investment project. Furthermore, the idea of the company's management, a financial ana-lysis. Ratios are calculated, which are compared with the industry. Followed by a presentation of the company and its investment plan. election financing and after-judging the suitability of an investment accepted or rejected. In the last part of the work performed investment efficiency evaluation methods and chosen appropriate means of fi-nancing. Finally, it assesses whether the investment is suitable for adoption. |
