Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou rozpočtů obcí, patřících do mikroregionu Staroměstsko, za období 2008 ? 2012. Teoretická část je členěna na jednotlivé kapitoly, které se týkají základní charakteristiky obce, územního rozpočtu a jeho struktury. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou příjmové a výdajové části rozpočtu jednotlivých obcí. Závěr obsahuje všeobecná doporučení vedoucí k případnému zlepšení stávajícího stavu. |

In my dissertation I analyze the budgets of municipalities belonging to the micro region of Staromestsko for period of time 2008 ? 2012. The theoretical part is devided into several chapters which relate to the basic characteristics of the municipality, town budget and its structure. In the practical part I deal with the analysis of income and expenditure parts of the budget of each municipality. The conclusion contains general recommendations for an eventual improvement in the current situation. |
