dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení finančního controllingu ve skupině XY. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše literárních zdrojů, které se týkají controllingu, a to především controllingu finančního. V analytické části je provedena analýza současného stavu holdingové skupiny XY. Hlavním cílem práce je projektová část, která obsahuje návrh zlepšení finančního controllingu a projekt jeho implementace. V závěru práce je zhodnocení přínosů, ekonomické náročnosti a rizik projektu.	cs

Background research of literary sources connected with controlling, especially with financial controlling, is accomplished in the theoretical part of Thesis. The practical part is aimed at analysis of the current situation of the holding XY group. The main aim of the Diploma thesis is project part which includes a proposal to improve financial controlling and project of its implementation.
