Tématem diplomové práce je projekt využití metod průmyslového inženýrství ve vybrané firmě XY s.r.o. s návrhy na zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část práce obsahuje teoretické pojednání o problematice průmyslového inženýrství a štíhlé výroby, včetně teoretické charakteristiky metod, které jsou následně využity v praktické části práce. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje charakteristiku firmy, analýzu současného stavu firmy včetně popisu výrobního procesu a analýzu využívaných metod průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě. Po vyhodnocení těchto analýz byla navržena různá řešení na zlepšení aktuálního stavu firmy a výrobních procesů. |

The topic of this thesis is the project of using industrial engineering methods in the compa-ny XY s.r.o. with suggestions for improvement. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part contains a theoretical discussion on the issue of Industrial Engineering and Lean Production, inclusive of theoretical characteristics methods, which are subsequently used in the practise. The practical part includes firm characteristics, the analysis of the cur-rent state of the company, includes description of the manufacturing process, and analysis methods used in the company. After evaluation of these analysis have been proposed vari-ous solutions to improve the current state of the company, and manufacturing processes. |
