Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční výkonnosti společnosti XY, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány klasické i moderní ukazatele pro měření výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část obsahuje představení analyzované společnosti, následuje zhodnocení její výkonnosti pomocí finanční analýzy i dle vybraných moderních ukazatelů výkonnosti. Práci uzavírá doporučení v podobě návrhu vhodného systému měření finanční výkonnosti. |

The theme of this thesis is the process of evaluating the financial performance of the com-pany XY, s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the classical and modern indicators for mea-suring the performance of company. The practical part contains introduction of the analy-zed company, followed by an evaluation of its performance using financial analysis as well as selected modern performance indicators. The work is concludes with the proposal for an appropriate measure of financial performance. |
