Cílem této diplomové práce je zvýšit konkurenceschopnost Wellness hotelu Pohoda. Práce se zaměřuje na oblast cestovního ruchu a hotelnictví a je rozdělena do tří částí ? teoretická, praktická a projektová. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na poznatky z oblasti konkurenceschopnosti, marketingu slu-žeb, marketingového mixu a komunikačního mixu. Praktická část popisuje samotný Wellness hotel Pohoda, nejdříve stručný popis hotelu poté jeho komunikační mix. Je provedena analýza konkurence, SWOT analýza a PEST analýza. Na základě těchto informací je navržený projekt pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti Well-ness hotelu Pohoda, který je podroben nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The aim of this diploma paper is to increase the competitiveness of Wellness hotel Pohoda. It focuses on the tourism and hotel trade area and is divided in three parts ? theoretical, practical and project.The theoretical part deals with findings from the area of competitive-ness, services marketing, marketing mix and communication mix. The practical part de-scribes Wellness hotel Pohoda itself. Firstly, it deals with the description of the hotel and secondly, with its communication mix. It also includes competition analysis, SWOT analy-sis and PEST analysis. The project to increase the competitiveness of Wellness hotel Po-hoda is based on above mentioned information. It is submitted to expenses, risks and time analysis. |
