Témou diplomovej práce je implementácia dvoch metód priemyselného inžinierstva, kto-rými sú 5S a TPM na vybrané pracoviská spoločnosti ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s. Teoretická časť práce stručne predstavuje tieto metódy, ich ciele a postup pri zavádzaní. Na základe teoretických poznatkov uvedených v teoretickej časti, je vypracovaná analýza súčasného stavu na pracoviskách vo firme a následne realizovaný projekt, v ktorom sú uvedené metódy postupne implementované. Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie celkovej efektív-nosti zariadenia a zvýšenie prehľadnosti a čistoty vybraných pracovísk. |

The theme of diploma thesis is implementation of two methods of industrial engineering, which are 5S and TPM into selected departments of the company ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s. Theoretical part briefly introduces these methods, its objectives and implemen-tation process. Based on theoretical knowledge provided in this part was made analysis of initial state in the company and then realized project, in which the above mentioned met-hods are gradually implemented. The aim of the project is to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness and increasing of the clarity and purity of selected workplaces. |
