Tato diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky z oblasti školní družiny pro první stupeň Základní školy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy školní družina, definice školní družiny, význam školní družiny, funkce a cíl výchovy. Dále se zabývám režimem a činnostmi školní družiny. V analytické části charakterizuji školní družinu Základní školy XY a nabídku jejích služeb. Cílem bylo zmapovat současnou nabídku ostatních služeb školní družiny mimo rámec činnosti školní družiny. Praktická část obsahuje průzkum zjištění spokojenosti rodičů se službami školní družiny Základní školy XY. V projektové části se zabývám projektem zaměřeným na zvýšení kvality služeb školní družiny. |

This diploma thesis deals with some theoretical knowledge from the area of after school clubs on the first level of primary education. In the theoretical part, the concepts of after school club, the definition of after school club, the importance of after school club, the function and purpose of education are outlined. In addition, I deal with the regime and the activities of the after school club. In the analytical section, the after school club of XY primary/elementary school and their services are characterized. The aim was to map the current offer of other services outside the scope of activities of the after school club. The practical part contains a survey detecting parents' satisfaction with the services of the after school club of XY primary/elementary school. In the project part I am involved in a project aimed at improving the quality of after school club services. |
