dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze nákladů a systému kalkulací v Chráněných dílnách Slunečnice. Teoretická část, rozčleněná do tří kapitol, zpracovává ve formě rešerše základní problematiku v oblasti nákladů a jejich členění, kalkulací a kalkulačního systému a specifika neziskových organizací, konkrétně pak občanských sdružení. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá analýzou nákladů o. s. IZAP, druhá analýzou systému kalkulací v této organizaci. Třetí část je věnována popisu zjištěných nedostatků v členění a řízení nákladů a ve zpracování kalkulačního systému a kalkulací.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is dedicated to an costs and calculation system analysis in the sheltered workshops Slunečnice. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, whose process in form of research, with the basic issue in cost area and its divisions, calculations, calculation system and specifics of nonprofit organizations - especially of non-governmental organizations. The practical part is also divided into three parts. The first one is dealing with the costs analysis and second part with the calculation system analysis of the sheltered workshops Slunečnice. The third part process with the characterization of deficiencies found in divisions and costs control with proceeding of calculation system, calculations and design of corrective actions.	en
