dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza motivačních faktorů a stimulace pracovníků ve společnosti Pars nova a.s. V první části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na teorii týkající se motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců a jejich vliv na pracovní výkon. Ve druhé části se práce věnuje charakteristice společnosti Pars nova a.s. Stěžejní částí bakalářské práce je analýza současné motivační politiky ve společnosti pomocí dotazníkového šetření a jeho následné vyhodnocení. V závěru práce poukazuje na nedostatky motivačního systému a uvádí návrhy, které vedou ke zlepšení stávajícího motivačního systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of motivational factors and stimulation of employees in the company Pars nova a.s. In the first part the bachelor thesis is focused on the theory, which deals with the motivation and stimulation of employees and their impact on performance. In the second part the bachelor thesis deals with the characteristic of Pars nova a.s. The mainstay of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current motivational policy in the company by questionnare and its subsequent evaluation. In the conclusion the bachelor thesis adverts to deficiencies in motivational system and puts forward suggestions, which lead to improvement of the existing motivational system.	en
