dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické poznatky týkající se hodnocení zaměstnanců na základě literárních zdrojů a poté formulovat teoretická výcho-diska pro vypracování části praktické. Cílem praktická části bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY a následně zhodnotit přednosti a nedostatky tohoto systému. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také návrhy a dopo-ručení na zlepšení současného systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Na přání společnosti není její obchodní jméno v bakalářské práci uvedeno.	cs
