dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce objasňuje pojem domácího násilí, jeho formy, druhy a specifika. Práce se dále zabývá některými kriminologickými aspekty domácího násilí, zejména příčinami a prevencí domácího násilí. Samostatná kapitola je věnována roli neziskových organizací, které v současné době poskytují specializovanou pomoc obětem domácího násilí. V hlavní části je zprostředkován náhled řešení problematiky u nás i v zahraničí. V závěru jsou popsány trestněprávní aspekty domácího násilí, zhodnocení dosavadní právní úpravy v České republice a návrhy do budoucna ohledně domácího násilí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's work clarifies the institution of the family violence, its forms, sorts and particularities. Furthermore the work deals with some criminological aspects of the family violence, especially with its causes and prevention. An independent chapter is devoted to the role of non-profit organizations, which in these days provide specialized help to victims of the family violence. In the main part of the work there is an insight into the problem solving in our country and abroad. In the conclusion of the work there is a description of the criminal - law aspects concerning the family violence, evaluation of the existing juridical system in the Czech Republic and suggestions related to the future solution of the family violence.	en
