dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Zabezpečení ochrany obyvatelstva při hrozbě nebo vzniku mimořádné události. V bakalářské práci jsem čerpala z domácích zdrojů za posledních de-set let. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je po-zornost zaměřena na základní pojmy týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva, jejím uplatněním v současné době a historii. Dále jsem popsala Integrovaný záchranný systém jako nástroj ochrany obyvatelstva. Praktická část je zaměřena na zlepšení pomoci při vzniku mimořád-né události a dále na jednotlivé příklady mimořádných událostí a jejich opatření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is the Ensuring of protection of the population at threat or formation of emergency. I drew from domestic literary sources over the past ten years. This work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focusing on the basic terms related to protection of the population and its using in history and at present time. The other thing I describe is the Integrated Rescue System as an implement for the public protection. Practical part is focusing on making improvements to help in case of exceptional events and deals with individual examples of emergency and its precaution.	en
