Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza bezpečnosti práce zaměstnanců ve firmě Solotrans, spol. s r. o Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje základní pojmy z hlediska problematiky dodržování bez-pečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Úvodem praktické části je představena firma, ve které byla analýza provedena, je popsána současná situace, provedena její analýza a interpreto-vány výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu. Ohledně zjištěných výsledků jsou předneseny návrhy na odstranění zjištěných nedostatků, doporučení na zlepšení pracovního prostředí a spokojenosti zaměstnanců s úrovní bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti. |

The topic of the dissertation is occupational safety of employees at Solotrans, spol. s r. o The dissertation is divided into two main parts, a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of the dissertation defines the terms related to the problems of occupational safety observance. At the beginning of the practical part, the company at which the analysis was performed is introduced, the current situation is described, its analysis is carried out and the results of questionnaire survey are interpreted. On the basis of the established re-sults, suggestions for remedying the established deficiencies are given, including recom-mendations for the improvement of the working environment and satisfaction of employees with the standard of occupational safety and protection of health at work at the company. |
