Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční stránkou hospodaření s byty v majetku statutárního města Zlína. V teoretické části práce mapuje finanční situaci statutárního města Zlína z hlediska členění příjmů a výdajů v rozpočtu města, popisuje historii bytové výstavby ve Zlíně, bytovou politiku města, objasňuje stanovení úhrady za pronájem městských bytů, popisuje pravidla pro opravy a údržbu bytů. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na skladbu rozpočtu města, vývoj počtu městských bytů, popisuje jednotlivé druhy bydlení, způsob výpočtu nájemného a úhrady za plnění poskytovaná s užíváním bytu. Dále specifikuje náklady na provoz bytových domů, náklady na opravy bytového fondu a náklady na zajištění provozu správy bytů. |

This bachelor work is focused on the financial aspect of the economical situation in terms of housing property on the grounds of the statutory town of Zlin. The financial situation of the statutory town of Zlin is mapped within the theoretical part of this work the situation in receipts and expenditures in the town-budget is also mapped then it describes history of housing development in Zlin, town-housing policy, it clarifies the sum of financial cover for renting of municipal flats and explains the rules for mending and maintenance. The practical part is focused on the town-budget structure, development of municipal flats,there is a description of particular types of living, the method for calculation of rents and financial cover linked to usage of each property. Also this work specifies the costs of running of above mentioned blocks of flats, the expenditures of mending within the stock of dwellings and also expenditures for running of flat-administration. |
