Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza faktorů s následnou projektovou částí navrhova-ných změn k dosažení vyšší efektivity ekonomiky očního oddělení. Mezi navrhované změ-ny patří zavedení pozice controllera a návrh na pořízení aquamatů do čekáren oční ambu-lance, který je do projektu zahrnut spíše jako komfotrní služba. Popis Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati, očního oddělení, nákladová analýza, SWOT analáza, analýza vnitřních a vnějších faktorů ovlivňující hospodaření očního oddělení a rozbor platební schopnosti zdravotních pojišťoven, tvoří praktickou část diplomové práce. V teoretické části diplomo-vé práce je popsána základní terminologie, jež má souvislost s tématem práce. Dále jsou popsány zdravotní systémy, všeobecné zdravotní pojištění, formy financování zdravotní péče a struktura zdravotnických zařízení. |

The subjekt of the diploma thesis is analyze the factors with subsequent project higher effi-ciency the economy of the ophthalmology department. The proposed changes include the introduction of the position controller and the proposed acquisition in the waiting rooms with aquamat on the ophthalmology ambulance, which is included in the project rather as comfort service. Tomas Bata Regional Hospital, ophthalmology department, cost analysis, SWOT analysis, internal and external factors affecting the management of ophthalmology separation and analysis of the solvency of insurance companies, are the practical part of the thesis. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic terminology that is related to the topic of thesis. Below are the health care systems, universal health insurance, forms of financing health care and a structure of health facilities. |
