dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je zjištění stavu ekonomické prosperity a konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje Porterův model konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzu a finanční analýzu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na podnik ZEAS Nedakonice a.s. Praktická část dále obsahuje výsledky provedených analýz. V závěru praktické části jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by měly vést ke zlepšení konkurenční pozice podniku na trhu.	cs

The theoretical part includes the Porter's theory of competitive effects, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. There are applied the theoretical methods in the practical part.
