Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice právního státu a principech právního státu ve spojitosti s jejich ústavní ochranou. Práci jsem rozdělil na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat právní stát, jeho principy a funkci Ústavního soudu jako garanta ochrany principů právního státu, respektive ochrany základních práv a svobod, čemuž se věnuji v části teoretické a následně v části praktické na judikatuře Ústavního soudu ČR rozebrat roli Ústavního soudu při ochraně základních práv a svobod. |

This bachelor thesis concerns with the issue of the rule of law and as well on the principles of the rule of law in connection with its constitutional protection. The work is dividend into two sections - theoretical and analytical. The scope of the theoretical part is characteristics of the rule of law, including its principles and clarification of the function of the Constitutional Court as a guarantor of protection of the legal state principles, or more precisely protection of the Fundamentals rights and freedoms. Subsequently, the analytical section focuses on judicature of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and it analyzes its role in protection of the fundamentals rights and freedoms. |
