Bakalářská práce hodnotí stav českého zdravotního systému v porovnání s průměrnými hodnotami zemí OECD. V teoretické části jsou popisovány základní pojmy, historie zdra-votnictví ČR, typologie zdravotních systémů, ekonomické aspekty zdravotnických služeb (tedy nabídka a poptávka ve zdravotnictví), finanční toky ve zdravotnictví, rozdělení zdra-votní péče a metodologie výzkumu ve zdravotnictví a stručná charakteristika ukazatelů zdravotního systému. V praktické části jsou pak porovnávány určité ukazatele zdravotního systému, na základě kterých se dají zjistit rezervy a přednosti zdravotních systémů. Díky nim lze formulovat doporučení pro ČR. |

The Thesis evaluates the state of the Czech health system which is compared with average values of OECD countries. In the theoretical part there are described basic concepts, histo-ry of health, a typology of health systems, economic aspects of health services (supply and demand in health), financial flows in health care, distribution of health care and research methodology in health indicators and a brief description of the health system. In the prac-tical part there are some indicators compared the health system, for which the reserves can identify strengths and health systems. Thanks to them recommendation can be formulated for the country. |
