Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnost využití botulotoxinu ke korekci vrásek. Jedná se o literární rešerši, ve které jsou předloženy doposud opublikované poznatky na dané téma. V první části je pojednáno o procesu stárnutí kůže. Podrobněji jsou zde také popsány změ-ny, ke kterým v jednotlivých vrstvách kůže dochází a jsou příčinou vzniku vrásek. Převážná část práce je pak věnována charakteristice botulotoxinu, mechanismu účinku i samotné aplikaci. Není zde zapomenuto ani na případné komplikace, jež s použitím botulotoxinu souvisí. V poslední části je předložena problematika, týkající se vlivu botulotoxinu na lid-ský organismus i další negativa spojená s jeho dlouhodobou aplikací. |

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the possibilities of using botulinum toxin for wrinkle correction. It is a literature search for to date published information on given topic. The first part is dealing with the process of skin ageing. The changes in each of skin layer caus-ing the wrinkles are described in details. The biggest part of the work is dedicated to the botulinum toxin characterization, its mechanisms and the application itself. Also the possi-ble complications related to botulinum toxin usage are mentioned here. In the last part there is posed the issue of effects of botulinum toxin on human organism and other possible negatives connected with its long-lasting application. |
