dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na motivační faktory a stimulaci pracovníků ve firmě TAJMAC ZPS, a.s. Práce bude rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části budou popsány poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se motivace zaměstnanců. Praktická část bude v první řadě zaměřena na určité motivační programy dané firmy. Následně bude proveden průzkum ve firmě, v podobě dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník bude zaměřen na spokojenost zaměstnanců s motivačními programy firmy. Zjištěné výsledky budou analyzovány a následně znázorněny v grafech. Cílem této práce bude zjistit vztah zaměstnanců firmy k programům motivace, spokojenost a jejich vlastní představu o motivaci. Na základě vytvořených grafů bude navrženo možné zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on motivational factors and Incentives for Workers in Company TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. Knowledge of expert literature regarding motivation of employees is described in theoretical part. The practical part is firstly focused on specific motivational programs of the company. Subsequently the exploration in the company is performed by form of questionnaire. The questionnaire, compiled by me, is focused on satisfaction of employees with motivational programs of the company. The results are analyzed and subsequently represented in graphs. The goal of this thesis is to discover relationship of employees to company programs of motivation, satisfaction and to their personal idea about motivation. On the basis of created graphs, possible improvement of the company employees? motivation is suggested.	en
