Bakalářská práce s názvem ?Vlastnosti kolagenu a jeho využití v léčbě kloubních onemocnění? popisuje příčiny onemocnění kloubů, jejich léčbu a doplňky stravy, které ji podporují. Vysvětluje vlastnosti a strukturu kolagenu a přináší pohled na jednotlivé typy. Představen je metabolismus kolagenu a jeho využití. V praktické části výzkumu je popsána aktuální metodika stanovení kolagenu. Práce přináší celistvý pohled na problematiku a využívá jak nejnovějších zdrojů, tak v oboru dlouhodobě uznávaných informací. |
