Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vážný společenský a ekonomický problém, kterým je nezaměstnanost. Tato práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základní pojmů z oblasti trhu práce. Praktická část je věnována analýze trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji v roce 2011, vývoji a současnému stavu nezaměstnanosti. |

This dissertation is a study of the severe social and economic problems caused by unem-ployment. It is divided into two sections. The first is a theoretical analysis of the basic concepts and theories that underpin the study of unemployment and the workings of the job market. The second part is the case study for the Zlin Region. It charters the trends in unemployment and fluctuations in the job seekers market for the year 2011. |
