Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza hospodaření města Šternberk v letech 2008-2011. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou územní samosprávy, které se týkají působnosti obce, hospodaření obce a rozpočtové skladby. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku města, orgány města a na strukturu městského úřadu. Další část se podrobně zabývá analýzou příjmů a výdajů podle druhového členění. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje celkové zhodnocení rozpočtu města v horizontu čtyř let. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou sestaveny návrhy na zlepšení hospodaření města. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the economic situation of the Šternberk town in the years 2008-2011. The theoretical part deals with the basic definitions connected to the problematics of muni-cipal authorities which relate to its sphere of action, management and the budget structure. The practical section focuses on the city characteristics, its main authorities and the fra-mework of the municipal office. The next part thoroughly concentrates on the analysis of the receipts and expenditures in accordance with the specific subdivision. The work finally encompasses the overall assessment of the town budget in the four year term. Pursuant to the executed analysis, the proposals have been compiled, concerning the economic impro-vements of the town. |
