Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat možnosti jak kombinovat jídlo a víno. Upozornit na informace uváděné výrobci vín na etiketách svých výrobků. V práci je dále uvedena krátká historie vína, kategorie a označování vín dle zákona. Také se zabývám odrůdami révy vinné zapsanými do státní odrůdové knihy a základy sommelierství. |

The aim of this bachelor?s dissertation is to show the possibilities of combining food and wine. Also draw the attention to the information provided by the manufacturers on labels of their products. This thesis also provides short history about the wine, the wine range and how the wine is marked in accordance with the law. I am engaged in the Types of grape vine recorded in to the national book of varieties and the basics of sommeliering too. |
