dc.description.abstract	Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza výrobného procesu v spoločnosti Continental Matador Truck Tires s.r.o. Prvá časť teoretickej rešerše definuje proces, uvádza delenia procesov a postup ich optimalizácie. Druhá časť rešerše je venovaná vybraným metódam analýzy výrobného procesu. V úvode praktickej časti je predstavená história a portfólio spoločnosti. V ďalšej časti je prevedená analýza výrobného procesu spoločnosti so zameraním na odhalenie a detailnú analýzu problémového miesta výroby. Na základe vykonaných analýz sú v závere praktickej časti formulované návrhy na zefektívnenie výrobného procesu spoločnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the production process in Continental Matador Truck Tires s.r.o. The first section of theoretical research defines process, dividing of processes and algorithm of process optimization. The second part of research deal with chosen methods of analysis of the production process. Beginning of practical part introduces the history and portfolio of company. In the next part the analysis of the production process is done, which focuses on the discovery and detailed analysis of production bottleneck. Based on performed analyzes are at the end of practical part formulated proposals to streamline the manufacturing process of the company.	en
