dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a vyhodnocení stavu připravenosti obyvatelstva ke zvlá-dání mimořádných událostí a informovanosti v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Analýza byla provedena na základě údajů získaných z vyplněných dotazníků. Teoretická část se zaměřu-je na historii civilní ochrany, vymezení důležitých pojmů a předmětné legislativy. Druhá část práce se věnuje obecně stavu připravenosti obyvatelstva a rozborem odpovědí na jed-notlivé otázky z dotazníku. Součástí práce je i analýza hrozeb, které bezprostředně ohrožují Českou republiku a hrozby specifické pro Žďár nad Sázavou.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor?s paper is a complete analysis and evaluation of the readiness of the population in coping with extreme and unlikely situations and the extent to which the population is informed in this area. The analysis was carried out based on data collected from filled out questions forms. The theoretical part of the paper focuses on the history of civil security, identifying the key terms and relevant legislation. The second part of the pa-per focuses on the readiness of the population and an analysis of the various answers from the questionnaires. An analysis of various threats that face the Czech Republic, specifically the county area of Žďár nad Sázavou, is also included in the paper.	en
