dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza motivačního systému podniku" se zabývá motivačním systémem ve Vojenských lesích a statcích ČR, s. p., konkrétně v divizi Plumlov. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definici řízení lidských zdrojů, formulaci základní problematiky motivace a motivačního programu podniku a stanovení teoretických východisek pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje představení podniku, popis motivačního systému a jeho analýzu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Její součástí jsou i doporučení pro zdokonalení motivačního systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis "Analysis of Company Motivation System" deals with the motivation system of Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s. p., divize Plumlov. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of human resource management, the formulation of basic issues of the motivation and the motivation system of the company and on statement of theoretical solutions for elaboration of the practical part. The practical part contains a presentment of the company, description of the motivation system and its analysis by questionnaire survey. It also includes recommendations for improvement of the motivation system.	en
