dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimálním vymezením rolí státu a církve v České repub-lice a spolupráce veřejné správy a církve. V teoretické části popisuje prolínání moci světské a církevní v historii. Nastiňuje možné modely vztahu státu a církve. Přibližuje způsoby financování v souvislosti se vztahem státu a církve. Popisuje současné postavení církví a náboženských společností v České republice. Věnuje se legislativnímu zakotvení nábožen-ské svobody u nás. Praktická část je tvořena vymezením pojmu náboženská svoboda a zkoumáním významu místních církví. Formou ankety byl proveden průzkum u vsetínských církví se záměrem zjistit, jak vnímají církve svou úlohu ve společnosti. Druhá anketa byla provedena mezi studenty středních škol ve Vsetíně s cílem zjistit, jaký postoj mají mladí lidé k církvi. V závěru práce jsou definovány role státu a církve na základě autonomie a spolupráce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is concerned with defining the optimal roles of state and church in the Czech Republic and cooperation between public administration and church. The theoretical part describes the blending of secular and ecclesiastical power in history. It outlines possible models of the relationship between state and church. It shows ways of financing in con-nection with the relationship between church and state. It describes the current status of churches and religious societies in the Czech Republic. It shows the religious freedom law system in this country. The practical part consists of defining the concept of religious free-dom and exploring the local churches importance . Through a questionnaire the survey was conducted among the churches of Vsetín with the intention to find out how the churches perceive their role in society. The second survey was conducted among high school stu-dents in Vsetin to find out how young people accept the church. At the end of the work the roles of state and church are defined on the base of autonomy and cooperation.	en
