Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení antimikrobiálních účinků různých mastných kyselin. Teoretická část obsahuje strukturu a rozdělení mastných kyselin a charakteristiky vybraných bakterií. V experimentální části jsou zhodnoceny účinky mastných kyselin na bakterie vyhodnocením jejich růstové křivky. |

This thesis is concentrated on determination of antimicrobial effect of various fatty acid. The theoretical part includes the structure and distribution of fatty acids and characteristic of selected bacteria. In the experimental part, the effect of fatty acid, are evaluated by their growing curve for 18 hours. |
