Práce se zabývá etickou problematikou nejenom obecně, ale hlavně v souvislosti s aktivitami v bankovním sektoru. Zabývá se etickými kodexy finančních institucí a etickými kodexy zaměstnanců těchto institucí. Zkoumá vliv délky praxe zaměstnance ČSOB na jeho vztah k etickému vzdělávání a etické propedeutice a na jeho hodnocení významu etického kodexu. |

The thesis is develops the subject of ethics in general as well as within the banking sector and its activities. It deals with codes of ethics of financial institutions and codes of ethics of employees of financial institutions. It looks into the correlation between the length of professional experience of employees of CSOB and their attitude to ethical education and ethical propaedeutics and their evaluation of the code of ethics. |
