Diplomová práce v první části podává aktuální informace o stavu sociálních služeb v ČR, le-gislativě, která je zaměřena na osoby s postižením a v poslední části zmiňuje stále kontroverznější téma - transformaci pobytových sociálních služeb. Teoretická část práce může sloužit jako manuál pro lepší orientaci dotčených subjektů. Do praktické části autorka zařadila Centrum Kociánka, ve kterém demonstruje různé formy bydlení. Sociologický výzkum byl rozdělen na dvě části - kvantitativní - anketní šetření a z důvodu hlubšího vhledu do problematiky autorka zařadila také kvalitativní část, kterou provedla formou nestrukturovaného rozhovoru. Z výsledků obou šetření chce autorka posoudit podmínky ústavní a neústavní sociální služby v rámci Centra Kociánka a zjistit jaký vliv má právě probíhající transfor-mace pobytových sociálních služeb. |

First part of the diploma thesis gives an information on condition of social care in the Czech Republic and legislation that is focused on people with handicap. The last part of the thesis menti-ons more and more discussed topic - transformation of long-stay social care. It's theoretical part can serve as a manual for better orientation of people in this field. It's practical part concentrates on So-cial Centre Kociánka in which the author compared different forms of acomodation. Sociological study was devided into two parts - kvantitative - survey, and to provide deeper insight to problematics. the author, incorporated also kvalitative part that was conducted in a form of unstructured interview. From the result of both, the author wants to assess the conditions in resi-dential care and uncostitutional social care and discover what is the impact of the currently on-going transformation of long-stay social care. |
