dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dalšího profesního vzdělávání učitelů středních škol. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou stěžejních části ? teoretické a praktické.Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a legislativu týkající se oblasti dalšího vzdělávání, vymezuje hlavní cíle, formy, metody a úkoly dalšího vzdělávání. Důraz je kladen i na efektivitu dalšího vzdělávání a motivaci učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání, jejich potřeby a okolnosti volby vzdělávacích aktivit.Praktická část práce vymezuje šest výzkumných otázek zaměřujících se na motivaci učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání, překážky a bariéry dalšího vzdělávání, očekávání učitelů od dalšího vzdělávání, přínos dalšího vzdělávání učitelů, zkušenosti učitelů s dalším vzděláváním a metody a formy dalšího vzdělávání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals to further professional training of secondary school teachers. The thesis is divided in the two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and legislative scope which leads to the further education, identifies the main aims, forms, methods and tasks of further education. Emphasis is also placed on the effectiveness of further education and motivation of teachers to their further education, teachers needs and also circumstances of choice of educational activities. The practical part defines six research questions focusing on the motivation of teachers to their further education, obstacles and barriers to further education, teachers' expectations of further education, the benefits of further education, teachers experience with further education and finaly methods and forms of further education.	en
