Bakalářská práce na téma "Šikana v Armádě České republiky" se zabývá výskytem tohoto sociálně nežádoucího jevu nejen z prostředí armády, ale i mimo tento resort. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. První kapitola shrnuje všeobecné teoretické a historické vymezení pojmu "šikana" a rozebírá jeho fáze. Dále se zaměřuje na armádní problematiku a vojenské prostředí a to jak před profesionalizací armády (tedy do roku 2004) tak po její plné profesionalizaci (od 1. 1. 2005). Druhá kapitola je zaměřena hlavně na kategorizaci a popis jednotlivých druhů šikany i v nevojenském prostředí, jako například šikana páchaná mezi dětmi, či dospělými. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotnou prevencí a legislativním rámcem a to opět jak z vojenského, tak i nevojenského pohledu. V závěrečné čtvrté, praktické kapitole jsou stanoveny cíle výzkumu, jeho metody a hypotézy. Dále je popsáno prostředí, ve kterém výzkum probíhal a jaký byl výběr respondentů. V neposlední řadě jsou graficky a slovním rozborem prezentovány výsledky tohoto výzkumu. |

This bachelor thesis on the topic "Bullying in the Army of the Czech Republic" deals with the occurrence of this socially undesirable phenomenon not only from the environment of the army but also outside of this sector. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first chapter summarizes general theoretical and historical definition of "bullying" and analyzes its different phases. Furthermore, this chapter is focused on military issues and military environment before the professionalization of the Czech Armed Forces (until 2004) and after its full professionalization (since 1.1. 2005). The second chapter focuses mainly on categorization and description of the different types of bullying in the non-military environment, such as bullying committed among children or adults. The third chapter discusses the prevention and legislative framework once again from military and non-military view. The final fourth, practical chapter describes the objectives of research, its methods and hypotheses as well. Further described is the environment in which the research was conducted and the way of selecting the respondents. At the conclusion of this thesis the graphic and verbal analysis of research results are presented. |
