Diplomová práce je zaměřena na specifika přístupu k pacientům v lůžkovém hospici. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako je paliativní péče, pacient v paliativní péči, nebo pojmy umírání a smrt. Je zde také zmínka o vývoji paliativní péče a mýty o umírání a o hospicích. Hlavním cílem práce je pochopení života pacientů v lůžkovém hospici z pohledu pacientů, dále pak nahlédnout blíže do problematiky přístupu personálu k pacientům. Práce by měla sloužit k lepšímu pochopení dané problematiky a přispět jak samotným pacientům, tak pracovníkům či laické veřejnosti. |

The thesis is focused on the specifics of the aproach to patients in hospices. In the theoretical part there are explained concepts like hospic care, the patient in hospice care or the concepts like death and dying. There are references about the progress of hospice care and the myths about dying and hospices. The main turget of thesis is understanding to patients life in hospices, take a look closer to the problems of aproach to patients. The thesis may be served the better understanding these problems and helped to patients, personnel of hospice or to the public. |
