Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty po KPR. Pro toto téma jsem se rozhodla, protože několik let pracuji na oddělení anesteziologie a resuscitace a ošetřuji nemocné, u kterých došlo k selhání jedné a více životních funkcí. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmů v oblasti kardiopulmonální resuscitace, postupy dle Guidelines 2010, stavy vedoucí k srdeční a dechové zástavě a ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci včetně terapeutické hypotermie. V praktické části je popsána kazuistika několika pacientů, po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. V závěru je uvedena komparace kazuistik. |

The topic of my Thesis is "Comprehensive nursing care of patients after CPR." I chose this topic because I have been working now for several years at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care and I often work with patients who have experienced a failure of one or more vital functions. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms from cardiopulmonary resuscitation area, procedures based on the Guidelines 2010 and with conditions lea-ding to cardiac and respiratory arrest and specialized care of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the therapeutic hypothermia. The practical part describes the case study of several patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Finally the Thesis presents comparative case studies. |
