dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na e-learning jako jednu z forem vzdělávání. Charakterizuje pojetí e-learningu, vysvětluje základní pojmy a nastiňuje princip fungování. Zabývá se jeho historií a vývojem, který dospěl až k obrovskému trendu současné doby Mobile learningu. Hodnotí výhody a nevýhody, které e-learning do vzdělávání přináší. Analyzuje počítačovou gramotnost, která má pro elektronické vzdělávání velký význam, a nastiňuje výhled na využití e-learningu v budoucnu. V praktické části bylo provedeno sociologické šetření mezi zaměstnanci státní správy, studenty a učiteli gymnázií na okrese Blansko. Bylo zaměřeno na postoje k celoživotnímu vzdělávání, vhodnost využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií ke studiu, četnost využívání e-learningu, spokojenost s nabídkou elektronického vzdělávání a vizi e-learningu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on e-learning as a kind of education. It explains the concept of e-learning, defines the basic terms and outlines how it functions. It deals with the history and development of e-learning which has evolved into the latest trend called Mobile learning. The thesis compares advantages and disadvantages that come along with the introduction of e-learning to education. It analyses computer literacy as a major component of e-learning and it outlines the prospects of e-learning usage. The practical part of the thesis includes a sociological survey conducted among civil servants, secondary grammar school students and secondary grammar school teachers in Blansko district. The survey focuses on attitudes to life-long learning, suitability of information and communication technologies for learning, the frequency of exploiting the method of e-learning, satisfaction with the offer of e-learning, and its outlook.	en
